Hi there everyone,

Haven’t posted anything in a while as I was pretty busy at work. But I supposed the main topic is still very much the same.

At this moment of time, I’m getting the feeling of giving up on Messi. Sad to say that I’m going to say this but I’m kind of getting fed up with both Barca & Messi. Please understand my feelings here as I’m firstly a proud fan of the Albiceleste, yesterday, today & forever.

But I feel there is need now to question Messi desire to play for Argentina. One moment he says he is going to Beijing, the next he is training with his club teammates in Scotland.

Didn’t anyone have ever thought him that action speaks louder than words?

I have to agree with the great Diego that Messi must stand up against Barca and stay firm on his decision.

I also think there is big conspiracy from Barca to stop us from winning the gold in Beijing. Spanish sports as a whole is having a great year from football to tennis to cycling. They wouldn’t us to take away the gloss from them. So now they are trying to prevent us from achieving something.

The worst thing is that many Barca fans (or even Spanish fans for that matter) are always trying to associate the Beijing 2008 with the Chinese Communist Party propaganda. Therefore they don’t support the idea of FIFA in releasing players for the game.

My Spanish amigos please don’t mixed politics and sports. It’s just not right. After all didn’t the Catalonians choose the Camp Nou as a place to voice their displeasure under Spanish rule?

Well with that said, I will hope Checho will consider on bringing someone else to replace and Messi. Let’s prove to the whole world that Argentina will always be Argentina, with or without Messi.

Having said that, here is my message to the Atomic Flea; La Liga, Champions Leagues are held every year. The Olympics only comes once in a lifetime. Please be wise. Or you might live to regret forever.

By the way, please check out the result for the 2008 MUNDO ALBICELESTE AWARD on the following link

From what i saw, he wasn't playing well there was no link up to the front two, we weren't creating very much, in the end, we counter-attacked with Aguero playing a nice pass from deep to Di Maria, great finish.

I'm not sure if Riquelme had a bad game (didn't see it), but from the highlights his free kicks and corners looked as dangerous as ever. it would be hard to judge the japan game of how well the team played since it seemed to occur under monsoon conditions. One thing though -- playing in the pollution of Beijing will be hell on wheels.

Ah! The troll/trog is back.

Toddutah, I can't see Messi doing that, if he was on his own then yes, but his father won't let him. Messi would be at the Olympics now if his father hadn't made him stay. His first statement on this subject was, 'i will be at the Olympics no matter what'.

I really hope that thi sis decided tomorrow . If FIFA rules against barcelona again then Messi better be on a plane the next day. You know barcelona will just say they are going to appeal it and try to convince messi that he should go on the tour but as far as I am concerned if FIFA rules for ARgentina that is where messi should be and if it is overturned on appeal later than Messi can go back to barcelona. I think that Messi will need to finally let everyone know in a strong way that he wants to play in the Olympics and FIFA supports that decision so adios I am off to China.
