Perfect timing Alexa, the new episode just went live. We didn’t really talk much about the Argentina friendly, instead focusing more on yet another abandoned match in the league. Hopefully I’ll discuss my thoughts on next week’s show.

We should not rely too much on Requelme as he has a habit of choking in BIG matches. So this match is a very good test for the rest of the team to impress without him, Messi or Tevez. Since, you never know when a player gets injured, for eg. what if these three players get injured during world cup, we should have a capable squad to get the job done. In summary, the DEPTH of squad should work.

AND NOW MILITO IS INJURED! Aaaaaaaaaaaah! Our players are dead, one after the other. Riquelme, Cambiasso, Messi, Milito. Boom, only in one single month.

Stay cool, this is only a friendly. What cares is how we behave tactically and collectively. Egypt may win. And I won’t be worried about that. It wouldn’t be a surprise. Mascherano and Zanetti are gonna be dead in the second half (watch them carefuly). What counts is how we face counter attacks, how we defend. With guys like Lucho or Maxi, it should be great.

Lavezzi is a second forward. How would you defend with him? It’s not his role.

I still am worried of seeing Gago playing on a side of the diamond. He will always tend to go in the center because it’s not his role neither. Basile always use this “Milan” formation using Gago as an “Ambrosini”. Pfff…

Yes! I would love to see the rabbit going to Napoli. Maybe they will sell Lavezzi? Or bench him? Because there is already Zalayeta #9 there.
