You could have said the same thing without insulting like that.
It tells a lot about the kind of argentinian you are.
No wonder so many people hate our guts.
Sos un bruto animal y encima te gusta que el mundo lo sepa…

Chivas 2-1 over Velez.

If only Mexico’s “imbecil” coach would have taken El Bofo Bautista to the World Cup. Lavolpe’s stupid grudges cost us a great player in Germany 06′.

After a 16hr flight and, 3 lay-overs, a $400 fine for being spat on by both the classless ex-coach of Chino Benitez, and spat on by an out of his mind spectator; meanwhile Bofo’s served court papers the second he lands in Argentina and has a day in court yesterday, Bofo nevertheless find a way to stick one in the nets of Velez. Not bad.

For the record, I was impressed with the Argentinian announcers, they were very objective, classy and informed. Terrific announcing crew on La Red.

Face it, Mexico and Argentina are rivals, both club level and national team level, and the games will always be closely games fought to the death. Many uninformed Argentina fans around the world still don’t get it, but those that follow futbol know the games are always entertaining hard fought games.

Chivas won it sux but they were the better team.Velez put ball and you cant fault the players.Big baller on the club level its always a hard fought battle but on the club level it comes down to money not what nationality the club is. Figure I believe Chivas had some national team players playing for them. It is rare you find any of the big names or National Team guys from Argentina playing at the club level in Argentina unless its the begginning or end of there career.

Well thats that at the club level for Argentina this season round as Chivas now play Sao Paulo & Internacional will play Libertad who triumphed over River(Passarella out)& the riots during & after the game & Sao Paulo over Estudiantes thanks to the referee.

When a goalie like Ceni comes miles off his line before a kick is taken it should be retaken but of course NO.

Never mind as Kris says other club sides usually have a sprinkling of established internationals whilst the top Argentines & Brazilians are in Europe of course .The clubs sides have to rely on upcoming youngsters & old timers to compete.

A pretty good system I’d say to see who if any can make their way to Europe if they play well in the CL.

Lucas Licht of Gimnasia a 25 journeyman defender will be joining El Pato at Getafe to replace Argentine Mariano Pernia (who of course chose to play for Spain) who hs joined up with Aguero at Atletico.

c’mon nicolas…where is your sense of humor???….
You should be happy…Argentina is learning to be a good loser.

Did you see at the end of the match all those people clapping with their faces all teary and ready to cry a river???

Now that’s a good loser….no spit, no violence, nothing like that….just resignation and recognition that velez lost vs a far more superior team….

When it comes to mexican clubs…….get used to lose argentinosssss!!!!!

Yeap, Mexico is starting to play some footy. Probably as a result of hiring so many argentine coaches in the past years.
Libertadores without Boca is not a Libertadores.
