Tévez in! Crespo out!?

May 12th, 2006 | By: Nick | 57 Comments »

According to reports from the Sun and other sources:

Chelsea FC have brought Tevez for £22 million.

TevezHe was sent to Argentina to recover from an injury he acquired a few weeks back, but apparently, it was just a bluff in order for Tevez to sign the contract presented by Mourinho.
Important offers were made for Carlitos, and the Vice President of Corinthians has not denied any comments.
Corinthians have yet to confirm the facts… this remains unofficial news.

On the other side, Crespo, who has been overshadowed by his companion striker, Didier Drogba, has cast doubts over his future dwellings at Chelsea, and could possibly be exchanged for AC Milan’s Shevchenko. However, considering Didier has played many more matches than Crespo, and has scored fewer goals than him in certain seasons due to his inconsistency, I wouldn’t be surprised if Hernan stayed and possibly formed a duo with Tevez, with Drogba being left out (the way it should be)!

RUNE,

where did you get those stats. ?!!

if crespo played 16 out of 42 as a sub and drogba 12 out of 42 as a sub…..then who was the starting other than those two????!!!!!!!!

carlto cole …i haven’t seen him alot as a starter…

any ways for someone most of the time on the bench and was short 3 goals than the starting drogba…i would say CRESPO!!

So,

RUNE,
I disagre with about the game in the Air, Crespo is the most impressive player I’ve ever seen in this domain. Moreover Crespo is looks quite slow since 2 years, I agree, but he’s strong, to mind stronger than Drogba because he’s heavier and shorter than him. Whatever, Drogba is a very good forward but Crespo, overall is better, he hasn’t been respected enough, he should have been starter just because of his past: top seasons in italy (26 goals for 32 games in 2001) where defences are the toughest. Drogba never scored more than 20 goals although french and english defences are less considered.

PS: When will pekermann release this fucking list ?

To answer pekerman; Go to chelseafc.com and read the stats for yourself. These are the official stats. I am not saying Crespo has had a bad season, he has had an OK season. But not a very good one. My only point is that he was better before(like Ronaldo and Adriano etc). Seems like someone finds that hard to accept.

CRUZ IS fucken beter than Adriano. He scored 2 more goals in MUCH less playing time. Cruz is the most effective striker in europe. Plz give it a rest rune. Crespo was playing in ENGLAND. HE HAD TO FUCKEN ADAPT.

ADRIANO SUCKS. So does that overweight Ronaldo.

The rumors about the list are not false. It`s like this every time. The media in Argentina printed the correct list of players before it was “officially announced” before every WC for as long as I can remember.
Pekerman is comitting suicide now. I don`t think the population of Argentina will support him when he leaves out Zanetti, Samuel and Aguero. He is an idiot. he is the only one in the world who would put Scaloni in for Zanetti. I hate you, Pekerman!

Hehehe. Calm down lol. I agree with you on Cruz. He really deserves a place in the scuad.

Ronaldo and Adriano were better before. BUT so was Crespo. One has to be pretty fucking blind not to see that. If you look at Crespo`s goalscoring in his last two seasons in Italy(Inter and Milan), you`ll see that he didn`t score as many goals as he used to do in Italy either. Come on! This is my ONLY point; Crespo was a better goalscorer some years ago.

again forget about Zanetti, samuel and cruz , there are useless, the first 2 they played 2 wc , and did they win ????? 2002 the have been kiked from the first round, the thired alwyas drops down on the ground to toucth the ball, useless player, Aguero is so young now but this new Maradona will surely play a major role in this coming few years with argentina’s squad like Messi as i’m expecting
!
BUT , ,, who’s Scalonia! ! ! !?

i’m sure Perkerman will always start by
GK:
Abbondanzieri
DF:
( Coloccini-Ayala–Heinze)
MF:
( Riqulmé, cambiasso and Mascherano )
FW:
Messi, Crespo

no question about Heinze Riqulmé, cambiasso ! ! they will be always there in any formation i’m sure he likes them ! !
but tell me playing with a Libro ( sorin ) is nont useless ????i think he will make the team weak , he has no fixed place! ! but he is the captain , , ,why him ?

If this is true?
Of coarse it’s not true!
There are no quotes, this is just another bullsh*t article.
Tevez didn’t go back to Argentina because of injury, he went back to visit his family.

He is great player and suitable for Chelsea fc. Fast in running, good in tackling, has a shooting power, and have a better skill. Why Mourinho did not pick him as his player??

Tevez goign Chelsea. it will be anotehr players career ruined by chelsea splashig some cash..

look at the endless list of A* players not getting a good run in in the 1st team squad at chelsea. that then looks bad for an international callup for the players if they cant play
