Messi Out a Month
Lionel Messi will be out for a month after he tore right thigh fibre muscles during his match with Barcelona yesterday. While this isn’t the best news, it could have been worse. Messi will get a chance to rest up and heal before beginning the final push towards the World Cup. The big concern is whether this will be a recurring problem, but that is something that can only be told over time.
So let’s play the worst case scenario game. If Messi couldn’t play in Germany, who would you want to pair with Crespo?

Been a die hard Argentina fan since I was a kid. I really hope Messi gets fit in time for the world cup.
As for an alternative in the forward wing, there are plenty of options including Tevez and Saviola.

I would really like to see Tevez and Messi alongside eachother leaving Crespo on the bench.. I think these 2 youngsters can run over any defense it would be nice to see. But I dont see Pekerman leaving Crespo on the bench..
