Comments are Back On

Hi Argentina World Cup Blog Gang,

Sorry for the delay in getting the comments turned back on. It turned out to be quite the technical challenge and took longer than anticipated. We are trying a new spam filter system on this blog and hopefully it will work. We are running the test only on the Argentina blog and if it works will use it on the other country blogs as well. I certainly do appreciate those of you who emailed asking for updates and offering assistance. It is awesome to have such loyal readers who are eager to talk about Argentina football. I look forward to reading your comments and thoughts again.

Cheers,
Bob

So finally the blog is up.

I think Gago will be orchestrating the attack aganist attack. We will be having Higuain upfront. We will really miss aimar, messi and tevez. Any idea why tevez has been left out? Also it will be interesting to see who all be there in our defense.

Anyway, Lets wish our team all the best!!!!!

VAMOS ARGENTINA!!!!!

I will watch the game with argentina’s fans, we ‘ll sing during all game, I will really miss Aimar, Messi of course but we did know it for a long time, fortunetely, Javier Pedro Saviola is in the greatest shape of his career and Basile picked good players, he was not used to it before.

Pato
Burdisso Ayala Milito Heinze
Gago Cambiasso
Zanetti Lucho Gonzalez
Saviola Crespo

In spite of a lot of injured players, Argentina looks good !

MAXI RODRIGUEZ, MESSI, AIMAR, TEVEZ, MASCHERANO : We miss you but we know you’ll be back soon.

YAY! Its great to have this blog back, been checking in often but its sucks when u cant comment! Great news about Mascherano too, can’t wait to see him at Liverpool…lets hope it wont be long before Tevez is at a big club too instead of wasting away at west ham. Oh and its soooo great to see Saviola kicking ass at Barca finally!

I hope we get all the regulars back here eventually too :) Thanks again for bringing the blog back Bob, i really hope the filters work :)

Saviola’s story should end up as a book or a movie.
A total hero for Barça fans, Javier puts all Barça honchos on the spot, including “Mister perfect” Rijkaard.
Fortunately for us, goals still carry more power than words.
