Best Young Gunner$??? and worst
Argentina is coming to 2006 with a young looking line up. Everyone is talking about Messi but we are forgetting a few that I think MIGHT< <(keyword) have bigger impact on this world Cup than Messi. For one I am going to stick by my boy Aimar - if they give this guy a chance I think he is going to show Argentina what a sick player he really is and how pissed we should be bcuz we didnt use him enough last world cup.
Next I think is Mascherano who is just looking like a Simeone with more skill and overall balance-A destroyer, a guy whos gonna go balls out every minute. Than we have Coloccini who I dont think is comparable to Messi as a player but depending on how well he plays for the squad can mean winning or losing a world cup. Saviola is another forgotten youngster. ever since messi came around no one is talking about Saviola. This lil guy can play if he wasnt so small he would be one of the best forwards today but still if you put him with the right combination of players his intelligence makes him dangerous.Tevez makes up for his ugliness with crazy talent and a heart that coaches dream their players had.
Riquelme in my honest opinion think he is going to choke in the world cup..This guy shows no consistency..I love his talent and hope he doesnt choke but i see it coming..i have nighmares everynight about Riquelme just disappearing in a game when we need him most..HOPEFULLY HE PROVES ME WRONG.
QUIZ-Which country do you think is bringing the brightest youngsters? Which youngster is a Sleeper that no one is paying attention too? Which one will be the biggest disappointment? Which one will be the next $tAr?

Aguero, though he might not make the Argentina squad, will compete with Ronaldinho and Messi for ‘Best Player’ in the world….He’s 17!!! and does things I haven’t seen since Maradona…

JP, I got to agree with you in this one. I saw Aguero playin and man, hes good. He is very agile and has a very good touch on the ball. But i think he is not ready for this cup yet. there are other good players in Argentina that can contribute more with their international experience. About new promises, players like Robinho, Messi, Rooney are the big promises for this Cup. However, I think World Cups are not places for youngsters. It should reward those that have have proved their whole careers with consistency to represent their countries.

I would like to see Aguero be called up at least as a sub just for the World Cup experience because he will definitely be at full force in 2010..

aguero is good but I don’t think he is ready yet for that cup. I think our attacks is good enough with: crespo, tevez, messi, saviola and diego milito.

I beleive Tavez is a brilliant player and he has a good opportunity to prove himself. There are some more talanted young players but i think Messi is the best and he will definitely prove it if he bocomes fit enough to play the matches.
