Serbia & Ukrain’s Lotto Jerseys SUCK !!.. and i don’t know about those checkers on Croatia .. but I got used to them since 1994 .. The English is okay although with that cross they look like Conquestadores .. France’s away is not really good as well ..

In my opinion the best looking jersey at world cup 2006 is Germany jersey. The jersey is sleek and elegant. I feel extremely sorry for teams wearing nike kits. They all have the same design. Surely Adidas have taken their time to give each team wearing their label uniqueness at the world Cup. Look at Argentina, France, Japan and Spain Adidas jerseys. All beautiful and unique. I also think all plain jerseys are urgly.

Alot of the jerseys are nice but i think you should be able to instantly tell which team is who by their jersey. Croatia’s jersey is by far the best because as soon as you see those checks you know who it is. The uniform should represent the flag of the country. Italy’s jerseys are nice but why blue? If croatia wore purple people would be like croatia is retarted thats not even their national color. Beware of the checks baby because we’re takin over the world cup…and brazil is goin down in the first game! HRVATSKA JE NAJBOLJA!!!!!

I like how all the croats come on here and say the jersey is about pride? What for of what?

I ask everyone to take a look, do a little research, into what that checker board means to the croats. It’s like Germany haveing swastika’s all over their jersey’s.

The nation’s jersey shouldn’t be about style, but rather reflect the country that the players are proudly (for the most part) are representing. In saying that, the Netherlands home kit I would have to say stands out on top. For those of you who wonder why they play in the vibrant orange colour, now seen as a mark for anyone of Dutch heritage would because of the “House of Orange” (In English) from where a prince was given the crown and led the revolt against the Spanish in the 1500’s and created an independent state (Sorry for the history lesson). Now hundreds of years later the Dutch still wear their orange kits and in saying that, that is why they have the best Jersey.

By far I should say, whithout predjudice, that the Netherlands must have the best Jerseys of all teams. Regardless of the blinding orange colour (which is in fashion nowadays), the classic style, with the 50´s collar makes it a unique and stylish shirt. Don´t worry, this has nothing to do with my nationality, last World Championships I would have voted for the Italian Jersey…

The one I love most is the Argentinian jersey, it’s very nice and patriotic too (take a look at the flag if you doubt) and i think the croatian one is plain ugly.

Obviously a lot of Croatians are on this message board, because anyone who thinks that hideous table cloth jersey looks good, needs to get their heads and fashion sense examined. You gotta love the justification as well…”a jersey should represent a flag and be visible”…oh they were visible allright…so much so that I thought I was going to have a seizure.

So if the U.S. kits looked like an Uncle Sam uniform with stars and stripes all over, would that make them the most attractive?? It would definitely make them just as tacky and visible as Croatia’s Ponderossa collection.

Hands down, the best kits were Argentina’s home and Germany’s 3rd red & black jersey which I’m not sure that they used. Italy and Spain’s home jersey’s were pretty sick as well.

I know you Croatians are very patriotic but common man…you have eyes don’t you? Try to be a little objective.
